As if anyone needed another reason to visit sunny Las Vegas, Nevada, Digital Experts Academy, held their fourth GOLD Convention on the first weekend of October, 2015.
Members traveled from all over the globe to take part in, what was, one of the most comprehensive digital marketing training conferences DEA have ever offered. Guest presenters, Guy and Ilan Ferdman of Satori Prime, YouTube ads guru, Christian Bir, and Facebook ads expert, Jason Hornung all joined SFM founder, Stuart Ross to provide exclusive training to 50 members over 2 value driven days.
After an early morning breakfast meet and greet, Stuart set the tone for the next two days by giving a presentation on achieving maximum flow and provided members with the main thesis – Success does not drive happiness. Happiness drives success. Stu promised that over the next two days members would have their minds melted with the sheer amount of information and training they’d receive. With that in mind, Guy and Ilan began a thoughtful presentation on the importance of personal integrity in growing your business drawn from some of their own life experiences.
Stu kept the forward momentum going by having attendees answer a series of questions ranging from the type of customer they’re looking for to what their most ambitious life goals might be. Members got to share their answers, interact and provide feedback to one another in a room full of driven, supportive, and like minded individuals.
To close out the day attendees and internal team members enjoyed each others company and wound down at an intimate cocktail reception. Members were able to network and get to know the presenters and the internal team more personally.
Day two got off to an interesting start when Stuart revealed that his laptop had gone missing and as a result he would have to go on without his slide presentation or any visual accompaniment. However, true to form, he was able to keep the room engaged while providing valuable marketing training. Guy and Ilan continued to add tremendous value to the day by presenting with Jason Hornung and facilitating an extensive Q&A on Facebook marketing followed by an in depth presentation given by Christian Bir on high level YouTube marketing.
With minds sufficiently melted, as Stu promised, members were able to close out their intensive two days by winding down with Stuart, Guy, Ilan, Jason, and Christian by taking photos and providing feedback.
